We focus on solutions and skill acquisition in disability employment and general disability services with an interest in the areas of person centred practice, self determination theory and its application to job seekers, vocational profiling and career planning, foundation skills for employment consultants, job creators and job carvers, discovery, naive job creation.
We also undertake work in knowledge creation and research for organisations. We have undertaken work for disability service providers, training organisations, publishing houses and research centres.
